French teacher Miss Thobie who came to stay
We gave a warm welcome to Miss Thobie the french teacher who came here from france. Over the past 2 weeks she has been teaching the whole school french. She said that she would be sad to leave, that we were very welcoming and that she loved teaching us.
Athletics
Everyone in KS2 will be doing some running,throwing and jumping on the field this afternoon for athletics.

year 6 have been busy making moon buggies and taking them to st Brinus school. they had a big contest there with them.they had a uphill race and a flat land race.
Cricket Tournament
Today there's a cricket tournament year 6 vs year 5 with Mr Addison.Wounder who will win.

Cricket Toment Cancaled
The cricket torment has been called off because the people that orrganised it had to call it off because it didn't look hopeful for the sun
Bad Weather
it is so upsetting that the rain has been pouring and is spoiling our activities like P.E and our cricket matches for some people in year 5 and maybe year 4 but it has also been helping the farmers feed their crops and animals and our gardenig competition.
PoverTee Day
Poverty is where people around the world haven't got enough money to pay for food and drinks, clothing or shelter so we are sponsoring a charity called ActionAid so those unlucky people get enough money to pay for food etc. Almost every one has worn t-shirts for the PoverTee Day competition Mr Burrows will be judging.
yr 5 and yr 3s new class mate
Yr 5 and yr 3 have a new classmate Faraz (9-10) Fiza (7-8) they have recently moved down here from London,Slough so we have tried to give them a warm hopeful welcome.

year 5s golden time
Year 5 are getting excited for there Friday afternoon golden time they've got sweets,uno,Lego,pass the bomb and switch 16.

Yay, we've filled up the golden time tree once again.every class does a different thing like class 13 are doing art, drama, games and cricket.
